Ensuring quality, valuable experiences

Health and Safety

We know that one of the key aspects of any trips off site is the safety of your pupils or group members. At All Star Activities we have a full suite of risk assessments which will be sent to you; not only do they cover activities but also the general space we have. Our risk assessments are backed up by Public Liability Insurance and trained, experienced staff.

More fun, less travel

We're based 4 miles north of Hereford City with easy access from Leominster and Ledbury. Most schools groups are able to get to us before 9.30am meaning we can pack a lot into the day before returning for a normal collection.

We can cater for up to 60 children on site running simultaneous activities, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss this option.

Looking for a reduced day, or single or specific activity? Take a look at our Birthdays page where you can discover single activity pricing.

What's included

We only hire the Activity Centre out for exclusive use; so you can rest assured that all the children you see are yours, and the only adults on site are the ones you've brought with you, or work for us. All the equipment needed is provided. There will be a minimum of two members of staff on site to run your activities, with one of them holding a pediatric first aid qualification.

Our facilities:

The Activity Centre is a fully enclosed 4 acre piece of land. The Clubhouse (the original Sutton FC clubhouse) has been repurposed to house the cafe counter and games room. We have two toilets, baby change counter and a shower.

Outside the clubhouse you'll find some extensive decking with picnic benches and the cookhouse shelter (that's where we fire your pizzas). One portion of the decking holds the marquee, a 6x9m space where you can eat if the weather isn't so good. We also have the table tennis table and foosball table in there. All seating is provided.

The outdoor space is really what we're here for though; Little Village, the willow maze and sea monster, pirate play frames, swings, obstacle course, six-a-side football pitch and open spaces all form the free-play activities at All Stars. These facilities are great for children to play on before and after parties. We then have a quad bike track, Archery Tag pitch, laser tag/paintball arena (complete with fort, trenches and town scenes) and the dinosaur enclosure.

Parking is provided on site (grassed area with some hard standing).

Residential options

Two day, one night experience

We can host groups of up to 34 children for a two day, one night residential trip. This is the best way to experience all of the activities All Stars has to offer. There are a number of variables with the activities, often depending on arrival and departure time, but we can work with you to create a fantastic programme. Camping is available between July and August.

Activities

On the sports side we offer football, rounders and volleyball. Our highlight activities include laser tag, archery tag, quads bikes, paintball and zorbs. Our staff love running team challenges including activities like capture the flag, scavenger hunts and quizzes. With 8 sessions over the two days there's plenty of opportunity for children to have a go at everything.

Other activities

While on site and in free-time the children can utilise the open space to play football, use the play frames, play frisbee or cornhole, or chill in the games room, complete with arcades, fusball table and table tennis.

Catering

We can provide as much or little catering as required. Some groups like to bring lunch on the first day and then we cater for the rest, but we're also able to provide a buffet on the first day too. The highlight of the evening meal is making your own pizzas; although we prepare the dough, children still need to stretch and shape the dough before adding the sauce, cheese and toppings.

One evening activity that always goes down will is toasting marshmallows and creating s'mores.

Breakfast is a combination of cereals and toast, with juice and hot drinks available too.

Lunch on day two can either be a selection of paninis or two varieties of soup with bread roll.

Squash/water is provided throughout your time with us and fruit is also available as additional snacks as and when required.

Accommodation

We host everyone in 4m wide Bell Tents, big enough for between 8 and 10 children. Children would bring a roll mate or air bed, sleeping bag and pillow. Bell Tents are provided for single sex occupancy with adults having their own Bell Tents, where we also provide an air bed (raised 2ft off the ground).

Costings

This area can change depending on the catering options and whether our staff are required to be on duty during the night.

Approx cost for All Star staff on duty during the night: £78 per child (minimum 18 children)

Approx cost for All Star staff finishing at 9.30pm and starting at 6.30am: £66 per child (minimum 18 children)

*Our staff will provide evening entertainment with either option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Although not an exhaustive list, hopefully these FAQs help with any queries you have about our trips, however, if you do have any questions drop us an email or fill out the party booking form with your additional queries.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

There is no need to pay a deposit with us, we'll invoice your organisation one week prior to your trip with 7 day terms. This gives you plenty of opportunity to collect trip money.

What is the wet weather plan?

Some activities, such as paintball and football/zorbs can carry on in the rain. Others can't. We'll check the forecast and open a dialogue with you a couple of days before the trip. We have some modest indoor spaces and these can be utilised to play some indoor games, arts/crafts and Lego - so we'll have activities even if the weather isn't playing ball.

Can you cater for allergies?

If anyone in your party has an allergy please contact us. We are nut-free however some of the products we use do contain a trace warning. We are able to provide dairy and gluten free alternatives if given notice.
