How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Booking your child into our activities

  • Providing additional information to support your child

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • School or local authority due to safeguarding or behavioural needs

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide a childcare service or event service.

We may share this information with other organsiations who we have booked sessions with, for example, Halo Leisure, if the information is vital to safeguard you or your child. We may also share information with other educational bodies, such as schools, or the local authority.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us on the details above.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep account information (that which you have given us for the purposes of created an account or making a booking) for seven years. We will then dispose your information by deleting your account from the system. Any printed material is kept in a secure room and will be destroyed within one year of the date printed.
